WHAT:
Knox County Clean Water Alliance and the TN Clean Water Network are kicking off a citizen enforcement campaign to ensure Knox County adopts a new stormwater ordinance that complies with state and federal clean water laws and protects our water and property. Hoyos will comment on Knox County’s continued non-compliance with state and federal clean water laws. Citizens will unveil their Flood Action Brochure and provide testimony on damage to their property.
